At Everflow Pools & Construction, we believe building a project is about more than concrete, steel, and materials—it’s about building trust, relationships, and spaces where families create lasting memories.

With nearly 30 years of experience in construction, our founder Chad has worked in nearly every aspect of outdoor construction, including waterfront projects, retaining walls, excavation, custom pools, and outdoor living spaces. His background also includes over a decade as a licensed professional inspector, giving Everflow a unique advantage: every project is built with the trained eye of someone who has inspected thousands of structures.

What sets Everflow apart is not just experience—it’s our commitment to integrity, precision, and service. We approach every project as if we were building it for our own family, ensuring that every detail is done right the first time.

Our mission is simple:

to serve people well, build exceptional projects, and reflect God’s love through honesty, quality, and care in everything we do.

Whether it’s a custom pool, waterfront construction, or a complete outdoor living space, our goal is to create something that will last for generations.

 About Chad

Chad is a devoted follower of Christ, a loving husband, and the proud father of four beautiful children. His career in construction began in 1996, where he developed hands-on experience in many areas of outdoor construction, including waterfront construction, retaining walls, excavation, and a variety of other specialized services.

God placed a passion in Chad’s heart not only for building quality projects for people but also for building God’s Kingdom through the way he serves others. In 2006, Chad and his wife, Sherree, started their own construction company. They faithfully operated the business until 2015, when Chad began serving at the fire department while their family continued to grow.

Although the business closed, Chad’s passion for construction never faded. He pursued and obtained his professional inspector license and has spent the past 11 years performing building inspections for custom home builders, pool construction, commercial properties, structural evaluations, and many other construction-related services.

During that time, Chad continued to take on select construction projects. In 2023, with his passion continuing to grow and with God’s guidance, Chad began taking on larger projects once again. His recent work has included custom homes, waterfront construction, swimming pools, and other outdoor living projects.

Today, Chad and his beautiful wife Sherree remain committed to serving their community with excellence. Their mission is to bring God’s love, grace, kindness, and precision into every project they undertake.
